THE RANCH

Tanner Hereford & Angus is a family owned and operated ranch located in DeKalb, Texas. Our family has been full time ranchers for the past six generations raising commercial cattle. We started raising registered Hereford & Angus bulls so we could pick the traits we wanted in our own commercial herd. Our goal has been to raise bulls that will hold up on a working commercial cattle ranch. We go through a culling process to raise that true cowman's bull. We are very selective about the females, donor cows, AI sires, & herd sires we add to our program. Over the years we have grown our registered herd to 250 head. We offer fall and spring bulls for sale. At this time, we keep a large number of our heifers to keep growing our numbers.
